Returning Families with Outstanding Balances/Grade Level Fees: August 5th and 6th:
Families with outstanding balances or who owe Grade Level Fees may visit the school office between 8:00 am and 3:00 pm. Office is closed 12:00 – 1:00 p.m. for lunch
New Bruin Families: August 10th:
New Bruin families should attend this day to address fees and tuition and visit the Bruin Den for uniforms between the hours of 12 noon and 5:00 p.m. Your presence is then requested at our New Family Wine and Cheese Social at 5:00 p.m. in the Parish Hall.
Back-to-School Night Dates for All Families
Your teachers will be sending you a welcome message, letting you know which class your child will be in. Please be sure to have your current email address on Gradelink. Class rosters will also be posted on campus for Back-to-School Night. You must attend Back to School night for EACH student.
Junior High Department (6th, 7th, and 8th Grades) August 11th from 5:00 pm to 7:30 pm.
Primary Department (TK, Kinder, 1st, and 2nd Grades) August 12th from 5:00 pm to 6:00 pm
Intermediate Department (3rd, 4th, and 5th Grades) August 13th from 5:00 pm to 6:00 pm.
- The school office will be open from 1:00 to 5:00 pm on Back to School nights to accept fees, payments and distribute Family Envelopes.
- Bruin Den will be open from 1:00 – 4:00 p.m. on Back to School nights.
IMPORTANT (CLASS OF 2027) Eighth Grade Graduation Pictures-
BY APPOINTMENT ONLY
Tuesday August 11th in the Parish Hall from 3:00 pm to 5:00 pm. A link will be provided to 8th grade families to book their appointment. Boys are required to wear a white shirt, a tie will be provided. Girls are to wear their white uniform blouse (for student ID photos), face make up is NOT permitted, stud earrings only.
